JOVE reserves the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

Product information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. JOVE products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Everyone’s skin is different. Please review the full ingredient list before purchase and perform a patch test before using any new skincare product.

JOVE is not responsible for individual reactions, sensitivities, allergies, or personal skin compatibility, except where required by law.
5. Tea Products
Our tea products are intended for personal consumption and should be used according to the product instructions provided.
Please review all ingredients before purchase and consumption, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.

6. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed through our website.
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment options made available through Shopify or our payment providers.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may exclude shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other applicable fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to amend or cancel it if it has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
JOVE reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or misuse of promotions.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
JOVE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. JOVE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider, subject to applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Due to the nature of skincare, tea, consumable goods, and personal-care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, tested, unsealed, or partially consumed items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, limited releases, and gift-with-purchase items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by law.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, JOVE may offer promotions, discount codes, gift-with-purchase offers, bundles, or limited-time releases.
Promotions are subject to their own terms and may be changed, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively to past orders, or combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
JOVE reserves the right to cancel orders where a promotion has been misused or applied in error.

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, names, product names, text, images, graphics, photography, videos, packaging, designs, and layout, belongs to JOVE or its licensors.

The JOVE name, logo, product names, designs, and brand materials may not be used without authorisation.

As our store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and related service providers in order to operate the website and provide our services.
